When I originally saw this dress I fell in love with it, but it was one of them things I thought I'd try on and it wouldn't suit me because of my height. I gave it a go anyway and it took me a while to persuade myself to actually buy it as I was going out of my comfort zone a little and that scares me. Obviously I brought it and I'm so happy I did as I am in love.
A number of people have complimented me when I have wore this to work and gone on to buy it!! It honestly makes my day when I hear things like ''I'm going to buy it as it looks so nice on you''
or ''where did you get that from?'' It's lovely and makes you feel like you have definitely spent your money on something that you will get so much wear out of.
This is a staple as you can dress it up down or keep it causal. I paired this dress with my black fur patchwork coat and much loved muse boots. If you know me, you know that I love co-ordinating my outfits or I love just wearing all one colour. The zebra print on the heel of the boot gives it such a pretty touch and it goes perfectly with the dress.
You don't have to wear a coat, but I did seeing as though the weather is still cold. Towards the end I just had to put my fur coat on, as I had goosebumps everywhere haha. The thing I like is that you can wear this two different ways, shorter or midi length as you can tie it with the belt so, whatever you're feeling!! I like both ways but I'm opting for midi length at the moment due to the weather. (yes I hate winter if you hadn't already guessed) and as soon as its summer, this would be such a pretty dress to take on holiday and pair with some sandals.
